Snow Souk Dubai provides indoor snow recreation services including sledding, snow play areas, equipment rental, and event hosting. Services are subject to availability and operational conditions.

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on demand and seasonal factors.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Safety Requirements and Conduct

All participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions from our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who engage in unsafe or inappropriate behavior. Age and health restrictions may apply to certain activities.

Liability and Risk Assumption

Participation in snow activities involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Snow Souk Dubai is not liable for injuries or damages that may occur during your visit.

Equipment and Property

All equipment provided remains the property of Snow Souk Dubai. Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Personal belongings are brought at your own risk.

Photography and Media

Snow Souk Dubai may photograph or record activities for promotional purposes. By visiting our facility, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials unless you specifically opt out.

All content on our website and in our facility, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Snow Souk Dubai and is protected by intellectual property laws.
